About Cheese The Day
Our Story
What started as a hobby turned into a passion. Although Tara began Cheese The Day as a solo venture, it didn't take long for her husband, Steve to join in on the fun. Now as a team, they take pride in creating charcuterie arrangements that bring people together to share an enjoyable experience.
What We Do
You will find Cheese The Day mobile charcuterie bar at markets, festivals, and pop-ups around the North Jersey area serving up personal-sized charcuterie packed with flavor and aesthetics. Or showcase our bar at your next event, party, or celebration for your guests to enjoy bottomless charcuterie.
We also love crafting gourmet arrangements to suit a variety of creations including boards, boxes, and cups.
Our Menu
Our menu is thoughtfully curated to feature a delicious and beautiful spread of artisanal cheeses, cured meats, seasonal fresh fruits, and flavorful accoutrements. We source ingredients locally whenever possible, with sustainability and community at the heart of everything we do.
