We don't have a brick and mortar, but we are in Lafayette, NJ and will travel to most North Jersey locations.
All of our offerings include a variety of cheeses, cured meats, crackers, nuts, fruit, olives/cornichons, jam, honey, and sweet treats.
We thoughtfully curate the items included in each offering. We cannot guarantee special requests due to seasonality and availability, but we will certainly make an effort to fulfill any.
Please tell us when you order. We're happy to swap ingredients to accommodate allergies and preferences, but we prepare our food in a shared commercial kitchen and cannot guarantee that anything is free from cross-contact with common allergens. If you or a guest has a severe allergy, contact us before booking so we can talk through your options.
Charcuterie boxes have a minimum of 15 boxes, and charcuterie cups have a minimum of 20 cups. Boards can be ordered individually.
We can deliver for free within 15 miles of Lafayette, NJ, or outside of a 15-mile radius for a $50 fee. Alternatively, you can pick up your order in Lafayette at a prearranged time.

In compliance with New Jersey and Sussex County health regulations, all of our charcuterie products are prepped, assembled, and stored in a commercial kitchen.
We maintain all required licenses, permits, and food handler certification, and we are insured. We greatly value health, safety, and quality.
Standard cart service runs for two hours, which covers most cocktail hours, happy hours, and reception windows. Need more time? Let us know and we can extend service for an additional fee.
The cart is self-contained, but we'll ask a few quick questions about your space — flooring, whether it's indoors or outdoors, and venue access — so we can set up smoothly and on time.
Absolutely, weather permitting. For outdoor events, we recommend a backup indoor spot or a tent in case of rain, especially for anything cheese- and meat-based sitting out in the heat.
We ask for at least 7 days notice to lock in ingredients and staffing, but for weddings and larger events, booking a few weeks to a few months out is best — especially during peak season.
We're happy to accommodate allergies and preferences where we can — just flag it when you book. Because everything is prepared in a shared kitchen, we can't guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Yes — our team sets up, stays for the full service window, and handles breakdown, so you and your guests can just enjoy it.
We're based in Lafayette, NJ and travel to events across North Jersey, including Sussex, Morris, Warren, Passaic, and Bergen counties. If you're just outside that area, ask — we may still be able to make it work.
Boards and boxes are pre-made and delivered or picked up. The cart is a live, interactive station — guests build their own bites throughout the event, and it comes with a team member on-site.
Yes, a 50% deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your event.
Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event date will receive a refund of any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date are non-refundable.
