Hi, I'm Tara, the owner and founder of Cheese The Day. I started Cheese The Day in 2025, merging my passion for exceptional food, creative presentation, and meaningful gatherings into a business focused on event catering that helps people celebrate life's special moments. Each charcuterie board is thoughtfully designed with high-quality ingredients and an eye for detail, serving as a beautiful centerpiece that's as delicious as it is memorable.

As a lifelong Sussex County, New Jersey resident, I know the area well, but I’m happy to service all of North Jersey. Whether you're hosting an intimate gathering, corporate event, wedding, or special celebration, my goal is to provide a seamless experience and a custom-crafted spread that brings people together.
