Payments and Refunds

All sales are final

Payment: 

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your order. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the scheduled delivery or pick-up date.

Cancellations and Refunds: 

• Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event date will receive a refund of any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date are non-refundable.

Changes to Orders:

• Adjustments to your order (e.g., size, add-ons) must be requested at least 5 days before the event date and are subject to availability.

Delivery and Pick-Up:

• Delivery fees may apply based on your location.
• Clients opting for pick-up are responsible for ensuring the safe transport of their orders.

Allergies and Dietary Preferences:

• Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. While we take precautions, cross-contamination is possible.
